What is a serviced apartment?A serviced apartment is a fully furnished accommodation option that provides amenities and services similar to a hotel but offers the space, privacy, and convenience of a home. These apartments are designed to cater to both short-term and long-term stays and are popular among business travelers, relocating professionals, tourists, and anyone seeking a more home-like stay than a traditional hotel room.

Can I book a viewing?Absolutely! We would be delighted to offer you a tour of the property and any vacant apartment so you can feel confident in your choice. To schedule a viewing, please reach out to us.

Are all bills included in my stay?Yes, all bills are included in your stay. This generally covers water, heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, and regular cleaning (excluding final clean), but please refer to our listings as there might be slight variations.

Is there a tenancy agreement?Yes, a tenancy agreement will be issued between you and us.

Are pets allowed?Yes, pets are welcome! Whether they bark, purr, chirp, or slither, we've got a spot for them. Larger pets, like those that could double as housemates or mini ponies, might require approval. Just let us know in advance and we can advise.

Am I able to register your property as my permanent residential address?Yes, you can register our property as your permanent residential address for the duration of your stay. Make it your official home base while you’re with us!

Can I receive mail?Absolutely! You can definitely receive mail, and we'll even assign you your very own pigeon... just kidding! You'll have your own postal box though.

Do you offer special arrangements for corporates?Yes, we would be delighted to house your employees and guests, and look forward to hearing more about your specific needs!

I would like to sublet my property - can you help?Yes, we also specialize in professionally subletting and managing private individuals' apartments during longer absences and look forward to hearing from you.

Are arrival and departure dates flexible?Subject to availability, absolutely! You can select any start and end date, but please note that our minimum rental duration is one month.

Can I book open-end?Yes, an open-ended contract can be concluded, with a 30-day notice period effective at the end of each month.

What payment methods do you accept?Currently, we accept payments only via bank transfer.

Do I have to pay a deposit?Yes, generally we ask that a deposit is paid in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. After that, a cancellation fee will apply.

How do I change or cancel my booking?To change or cancel your booking, simply reach out to us. We're here to assist you!

Can I extend my booking?Subject to availability, we are delighted to welcome you for longer stays. Most of our locations have no maximum stay limit, so you can enjoy your time with us for as long as you need. If you decide to extend your stay, the extension will be treated as a new, separate booking. We will do our best to keep you in the same apartment, but this may not always be possible.
